We had an excellent experience at Master Buick GMC. Rosco was extremely helpful and took the time to answer every question we had regarding the vehicles. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we fully understood all of our options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Best car wash in Augusta! Staff are very nice and always brush down my vehicle and while vacuuming they come by and ask if I have everything needed and always have a smile when I arrive! So glad I switched! Extremely happy!

This is the best hidden gem of a car wash in Augusta. The staff always wave at my kids. The wash is high quality. There are always a ton of clean towels to clean your windows and the vacuums suck (get it?)

Colby was a great service advisor knew me from the moment I walked in the door and the checkout lady was great too I was there for a routine maintenance check and I was offered a complimentary wash which I loved even though it charges for a better wash I just didn’t like the waiting room but everything else was great

This visit was great. Service rep Colby is great. He went above and beyond. He taught me things about my new Buick Encore and set up items that I needed. Because I had a wait he suggested a shuttle and I met Boone. Boone was great also as my shuttle driver. Ask for Colby.
